COURT APPEARANCES

Flat rate of $100/hr.

Billed by time of actual appearance, travel time (if applicable) and time spent learning the file.

TAKING DEPOSITIONS

$150-$250/hr., depending on the type and complexity of the deposition or the case. Billed by time spent.

DEFENDING DEPOSITIONS

$150-$200/hr., depending on the complexity of the deposition or case. Includes preparation of the client, if necessary.

MOTION

DRAFTING

Flat rate of $150/hr. for drafting motions or oppositions. Includes motions in limine and other trial documents
